 Personal living coaching service provides training and assistance in a variety of activities to support the consumer living in their  own homes or apartments this includes personal hygiene and grooming, meal preparation, shopping, personal finances social  and adaptive skills.  

 Supported Employment services are defined as assistance necessary for the individual to obtain and maintain competitive            employment, which may be performed on full or part-time basis in an integrated setting.  

Focuses on assisting individuals in maintaining independence while enhancing their quality of life. These services provide non-medical support to individuals in various daily activities, promoting engagement and social inclusion.

 Residential Habitation (Group Home) provides services that particularly focus on personal hygiene skills, such as bathing and oral hygiene ;     homemaker skills such as food preparation, vacuuming and laundry. Services also include social and adaptive skills that enable  the person served to reside in the community. 

 Our In-Home Personal Supports services provide 4 to 24 hours of assistance, helping individuals independence in their homes. We offer one-on-one support with daily living activities, including meal preparation, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and household tasks. 

 Our Adult Day Training (ADT) program focuses on developing essential life, social, and vocational skills to enhance independence and community involvement. Participants engage in structured activities, skill-building workshops, and hands-on learning experiences tailored to their individual goals.  Transportation services are the provision of rides to and from the persons served home and their community-based waiver          services, enabling them to receive support and services identified on both their support plan and approved cost plan when such  services cannot be accessed through natural supports
